A Personal Reflection
I want to share something deeply personal that has been weighing on my heart for a long time. Ever since I was a child, when my mother introduced me to the concept of the Rapture, I have lived with a sense of existential dread. The idea of being “left behind” haunted me, especially when she predicted that my dad wouldn’t be taken. This fear stayed with me, shaping my beliefs and pushing me toward religion as a source of comfort.
A Heartbreaking Loss
Life threw me a curveball when I found out that my unborn baby was sick. I leaned even more into my faith during this difficult time. I prayed and was surrounded by a community that laid hands on me, all hopeful for a miracle. I truly believed that things would work out. Tragically, however, my son passed away just days before he could have undergone a critical surgery. In that moment of unimaginable grief, I felt abandoned—not just by my faith, but by the very idea of a loving God. I turned away from religion, feeling lost and betrayed.
Shifting Perspectives
For years, I dismissed spirituality, but gradually my perspective began to shift. I explored Buddhism, and other consciousness-based religions, and experimented with herbalism, influenced by my grandmother’s teachings about the healing power of nature. Still, I felt that something was missing. It wasn’t until this past year that I embarked on a healing journey that changed everything for me. I discovered a passion for science, particularly related to neurodivergence and trauma. I immersed myself in research and education, delving into topics such as psychology, Ayurveda, and holistic nutrition to understand the complexities of the human experience.
The Science of Energy and Interconnectedness
My exploration of various fields has led me to a profound realization about the inherent nature of energy and our interconnectedness. At the core of everything in the universe is energy, vibrating at different frequencies. This energy is not merely a concept; it serves as the foundation of all life. Introducing: electromagnetism. Electromagnetic waves, including visible light, play a pivotal role in how we perceive the world and interact with it. Light itself is an electromagnetic wave, essential for vision and vital to processes such as photosynthesis in plants, which sustains the food chain.
The Relevance of Electromagnetism to Human Life
Electromagnetism is a fundamental force of nature that significantly impacts the universe. Every living being emits a unique electromagnetic frequency, contributing to the idea of interconnectedness. Electromagnetism also deeply impacts human health. Our bodies are composed of cells that communicate and function through electrical signals. For instance, the nervous system relies on electrical impulses to transmit signals between the brain and various parts of the body. This intricate network of communication is vital for coordinating movement, processing sensory information, and regulating bodily functions.
Additionally, the human heart generates its own electromagnetic field, which can be measured and is essential for maintaining a healthy rhythm. This is why practices like meditation and mindfulness, which promote heart coherence, can lead to improved health outcomes.
This frequency can be influenced by numerous factors, including emotional states, physical health, and even environmental conditions. When we experience stress or trauma, our frequency can shift, potentially leading to dis-ease in the body.
Cellular Communication
1. Electrical Signals: Cells communicate through electrical impulses, particularly in nerve cells (neurons) and muscle cells. The movement of ions (charged particles) across cell membranes generates electrical signals, facilitating processes like muscle contraction and the transmission of information in the nervous system. This electrical activity is fundamentally governed by electromagnetic principles.
2. Membrane Potential: The difference in charge across cell membranes (membrane potential) is essential for cellular functions. Changes in this potential can trigger various cellular activities, such as the release of neurotransmitters, hormone secretion, and cellular responses to external stimuli.
Nutrient Absorption and Metabolism
1. Electromagnetic Frequencies: Nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals, can have distinct electromagnetic signatures. The body may utilize these signatures to recognize and absorb nutrients more effectively. For example, certain frequencies of light (like those used in photobiomodulation) can enhance cellular metabolism and improve the utilization of nutrients.
2. Mitochondrial Function: Mitochondria, the powerhouses of cells, rely on electromagnetic processes to generate adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy currency of the cell. Proper oxidative phosphorylation, the process by which mitochondria produce ATP, is influenced by the balance of electrical and magnetic potentials within the mitochondria.
Impact of Nutrition on Electromagnetic Balance
1. Electrolytes and Cell Function: Nutrients such as sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium (electrolytes) are vital for maintaining the electrical gradients across cell membranes. These electrolytes facilitate nerve impulses, muscle contractions, and hydration, all of which are essential for proper bodily function.
2. Antioxidants and Electromagnetic Health: Nutrients with antioxidant properties, like vitamins C and E, help protect cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals. This stress can disrupt electromagnetic balance within cells, leading to dysfunction and disease. Adequate intake of these antioxidants supports cellular integrity and optimal function.
Holistic View on Electromagnetic Nutrition
1. Biofield and Frequencies: The concept of the body’s biofield, which encompasses the electromagnetic fields generated by our cells, suggests that nutrition can influence our overall electromagnetic health. Foods rich in nutrients that support cellular function can enhance this biofield, promoting well-being. Here are some articles: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0924224424002693

2. Mind-Body Connection: Practices like mindfulness, yoga, and exposure to nature can help align our body’s electromagnetic frequency with the earth’s natural frequencies, enhancing both the absorption of nutrients and overall health.
Embracing the Power of Electromagnetism
Electromagnetism is not just a scientific concept; it is a fundamental aspect of our existence that intertwines with our health, well-being, and spirituality. By recognizing the relevance of this force in our lives, we can make more informed choices that promote our health and enhance our connection to the universe.
As we embrace practices that support our natural frequencies—whether through nutrition, mindfulness, sound therapy, light therapy, or a supportive high vibrational community—we can cultivate a deeper understanding of our interconnectedness with all living beings. Ultimately, this awareness can lead us to a more harmonious and fulfilling life, grounded in the principles of balance and vitality that electromagnetism embodies. Considering the laws of nature, I now have a vastly different perspective of life and the afterlife.
The Kingdom of Heaven as Light and Frequency
In many spiritual traditions, the idea of the “kingdom of heaven” is often associated with notions peace, tranquility, eternity, and love- I see it as pure light at the highest elevated frequency. This metaphor suggests that to experience a higher state of consciousness or spiritual enlightenment, one must align with this ultimate frequency. It’s a state where we become one with source energy, where we can experience a form of eternal life. This understanding emphasizes the importance of healthy living and the energetic frequencies that surround us. Every choice we make, from the food we eat to the environments we inhabit, affects our energy and, ultimately, our well-being.
Harnessing Light for Health
Electromagnetism plays a pivotal role in emerging fields of biomodulation and photobiomodulation, where light and electromagnetic frequencies are harnessed to enhance health and well-being. Grounded in the Planck-Einstein theory, which describes the interrelation between light, sound, and energy, these modalities utilize specific wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular processes, promoting healing and balance within the body. By understanding how our electromagnetic frequencies interact with light, we can effectively tap into these natural forces, fostering a deeper connection to our health, and the universe.
Healing Through Holistic Practices
Working through my eating disorders and addressing chronic health issues through holistic practices has become a crucial part of my journey. I embrace herbal medicine, sound therapy, light therapy, Pilates, and yoga, finding ways to integrate these practices into our family life. Meditation has also become a cherished part of my daily routine, helping me cultivate inner peace and resilience. I am doing my part to fix my cellular dysfunction at the root. Opening pathways to allow for energy and electromagnetic frequencies to flow freely and healthily through my body to restore my natural vitality. I’m learning to cook healthy meals from scratch, focusing on whole, nourishing ingredients that promote wellness. I’m also delving into regenerative practices that help heal the earth, understanding that our choices impact the planet and, in turn, impact us. From using organic gardening methods to supporting local farmers, I am committed to fostering an ecosystem that thrives on balance and health. To live in alignment and balanced with a healthy body and bio-field in a world that is not set up with fundamental human nature in mind.
Electromagnetic Pollution and Its Impact
In our modern world, we are increasingly exposed to various forms of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from technologies such as smartphones, Wi-Fi, and power lines. While these technologies offer convenience and connectivity, they can also disrupt our natural electromagnetic frequencies, potentially leading to adverse health effects.
Understanding the impact of electromagnetic pollution emphasizes the importance of creating a balanced environment. Simple changes, such as reducing screen time, using EMF shielding, and spending more time outdoors, can help mitigate these effects and restore our natural frequency.
Nurturing a Compassionate Future
As I continue on my personal journey to heal my body and reclaim my life, I want to raise my child to be kind and compassionate, fostering a sense of community and service. This commitment extends beyond our home; it encompasses a broader vision of prevention and regenerative practices that ensure my child has a healthy place to grow up. I believe that nurturing our environment is just as vital as nurturing ourselves. By prioritizing sustainable choices, we can create a world that supports not only our well-being but also the health of future generations. By increasing availability of natural food and herbs that support and heal our bodies due to their electromagnetic nature as we have seen above.
