Particular attention is given to neurodivergent experience — not as pathology but as constitutional variation that deserves understanding. This is not about fixing how you are wired. It is about finally seeing it clearly through the lens of the season that reflects it most honestly.
Somatic Awarenss & Mind-Body Integration
The body keeps a record. Stress, trauma, and unprocessed experience settle into the nervous system and tissues, shaping how we move, respond, and feel long after the original experience has passed. Offered during the most transformative months of the year when fire energy is at its peak and the conditions for real change are most available, this workshop introduces the foundations of somatic experiencing. We cover the science of how the body stores tension and trauma alongside practical somatic tools for releasing it gently and effectively. No prior experience with bodywork or trauma work required. This workshop is held with care and at a pace that honors the sensitivity of the material.
Intuitive Eating and Individualized Nutrition
No two bodies digest, absorb, or respond to food the same way. Offered during peak growing season when the earth is at its most abundant, this workshop moves beyond generic nutrition advice and into constitutional eating. We explore your unique metabolic patterns, digestive tendencies, and individual needs as the foundation for how and what you eat. Culinary herbs are introduced as daily medicine and we practice tuning into what your body is actually asking for when you know how to listen. This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels.
